Greetings to all and this is actually my first post as admissions also.  The ters and defintions is a great tool to have and point of reference for admission. 

This course was very helpful and was a great Refresher. i definitely like the idea of the Resource notebook and checking for updates monthly. 

It is noted in this traing that there should be info on complaints on the enrollment agreement. Would this be the contact info for NACCAS and the DOE?
