This course was very helpful. I am only in my 2nd day of training in a new job, so I don't know how I will use the information I learned, but I'm sure they wouldn't have had us take the course if it wasn't going to be a huge help to us.

Recruitment with job applications

I question the ethics of recruiting people while they are filling out job applications. Many of the recruitment forms used by colleges appear to be part of the job application process. This can be misleading to the applicant and often result in a less than positive contact with the prospective student. I believe the recruitment forms should be required to identify themselves as a recruitment tool.
