Institution Activities

I think it's important to brief faculty and staff as soon as possible on changes that are taking place. Change happens, and is needed, but it's how you inform your team to keep up the moral. Also studnets should be met with about changes that will effect them, this would eleminate a lot of bickereing among the students and minimize them going out and giving the school a bad name.

Prospective Student Interactions

I feel that prospective students should always be given full disclosure about the school and programs, to include financial aid. This enables the student to fully make a decision about what is best for them. I also feel this would help the retention.

Doing the right thing

I think it's easier and less consequences to do the right thing. I often wonder why it is so hard for people to do the right thing, and what is it contributed to?
