It is important to follow up after meetings to make sure we are moving forward with our projects. When we get together again, we can remove completed projects from the list, and assign new ones. This is a good way to make sure things are completed, or in progress.
Most days everything is fine, but some days everything seems to go wrong. On these kind od days, pick yourself dust yourself off, and put a smile on your face. Tomorrow's another day

@srmeers1 : Strees is part of daily life, and part of the job, it varies from day to day.

We must keep are stress level as low as possible, yet still feed off the energy it creates.

My job is not always easy, but it's never boring

Our school has a very good admissions department, and they do a great fabulous job. There is fairly good follow up during the year, but I feel that there should be more. Reinforcement is the key to retention, and you can never have too much retention D Hayes

I wish I could save the world, but I'm only human

I start looking from day one, because it's easier to head off problems at the beginning, versus the end. The help they need can be as simple as a few words, or weeks of tutoring. Problems can sometimes be personal, and if I feel this is the case, I'll ask them if they need help, but tell if they don't want to discuss personal problems, I'll let it go. I can't save them all, but the ones I… >>>
