Enhanced understanding of asynchronous discussions and how to better utilize them. Feedback, one on one discussions, and commenting on others posts will be used to foster student communication.

Establishing a relationship while starting an e-learning course is crucial for success. I plan to adapt the biography concept to learn more about students since the initial meeting may not be in person.

Developing an easy to navigate e-learning structure is essential. Both instructor and student need to be able to find resources, communicate with each other, and deliver/understand learning expectations. These will all be factors to consider as I set up further e-learning scenarios.
