In dealing with organizational culture, I believe everyone has to first understand what it means. To me it means how we do things within our organization and what we are displaying to our students. Also this means living up the culture we have developed, but if something about the organizational culture is not right changes must be made. I also see the importance of working together as teams, unfortunately this doesn't always happen because individual departments may be looking to set goals specific to their departments.
