I learned to first understand all required documents throughout the admissions process and staying current on any policy or procedural changes therein.

I have learned the importance of keeping up to date with my schools admission policies and procedures and the importance or communicating with internal staff to keep up to date on all processes, policies and procedures as it relates to the admissions process.

I learned the importance that student services plays to prospective students  and also to stay on top of how the institution is marketing its materials.

I have learned the importance of giving prospective students,clear,legally compliant information throughout the entire admissions process.
