I plan to put this information to use online and in the classroom setting with my students. Encouraging the students to study and develop good student habits in their personal study as well as in the online and classroom environment. Student need to be encouraged to believe in themselves and build their confidece in seeing the importance of having a solid education background. Students need to understand that they are not preparing just for a job but for a career.
