About me

Hello everyone! My name is Don Vo. This is my first year of teaching at a vocational college. I am really using my experience from my career in order to teach my students and our program. My background is pharmaceuticals and throughout my career I have worked in a dominate lab setting and I believe I have mastered the in's and out's of that culture. I respectively try to bring a high level of creative thinking and with my technical skills and my positive attitude I am proud to say that my students and peers notice a uplifting positively fun experience in my classrooms. Creating appropiate empathy=great people skills

Great learning module! I have always believe throughout my career and now transforming into a instructor, I feel that being a person who understands empathy can really produce a great role model to others who are trying to learn a specific skill or lesson. I have been taught that if you put yourself into someone else's shoes you can really understand their thought process and at least understand on where they are coming from. I have found much success in using that technique in my teachings but it came as a natural occurance for myself. Thank you for enlighting me… >>>
