When we try to accommidate all students with such a variety of backgrounds culture and education, it can sometimes challenge our decisions. Making the right decision is important based on honesty and integrity to the best of our ability. Keeping consistant is also a challenge, again for the wide varity of social backgrounds. If we bend for some, is it fair to the rest?

Catalog booklets need to be concise and easy to understand, as not to be misleading to the student. Organization and easy accessibility to information is beneficial to the student who needs to reference information. Repetitive questions from previous students should be addressed and keep up with current changes.

It is important that honesty and realistic reasearch is concise and upfront with students. In the job market today and with the economy situation, it does not seem fair to be educating students for jobs that are not out there or so saturated, new students do not measure up. The market seems to go back and forth between looking for experienced personal to new students that they can train, especially in the medical field.
