Online courses may be challenging to students that procrastinate.      It is my responsibility as an instructor to communicate with my students daily and handle conflicts/concerns immediately and consistently.    Students need to be held responsible for their leanring.  This standard needs to be evident from day one. 

The discussion board is a vital learning experience.   Through feedback, whether positive or constructive criticism, the student is encouraged to continue to engage in the leanring process.  

This module reminds me that the online course is very similiar to the tradtional classroom.  For example students want to get to know me and my professional background and experience.   Additionally, it is vital to build a rapore and relationship with my students.   

In an e-Learing environment, I have the responsibility to provide quick turnarounds for my  students questions, to require deadlines for submitting grades, to be available to my students at posted times and provide the policies that are required for the course and the consequences if not followed.
