Keeping records of the course are always nessacary online or not. Communicatiion is essentail in life. Counseling is wonderful. Dealing with distracting and undesirable behavior must be done according to school policy. Confilcts arise and must be resolved. Do what you can to minimize student attrition.

Fostering participation in asynchronous and synchronous discussions is important. Feedback should be given in a way that does not destroy it dignity of the learner.

Projecting and maintaining your presense and authority from a distance is important. Establishing a relationship with each student is important.

It is crucial that courses are structured properly and instructors have full knowledge of the course.
