I call them my pet peevs, i let students know what i want and well be accepted.

always have a back up plan, because you never know what can and will happen.

organize and colors help stimulate the eyes and brain.

#1) plan , organize be prepared.

#2) refer to step #1

Beprepared, you will have some darn good students that may catch if you make a mistake. Dont dwell on it,  say good answer lets talk about it or be prepared on next subject.

We are a class , we are one. Everyone has a story to tell. On occassions i bring breakfast or lunch we sit , decompress , change the enviroment . Make it a safe zone , most of the time its something they can work through. But its also good to tell your DOE and instructors so we all have each others safty in mind.

I dont blame the student i blame myself . If they are on there phone, WHY?.  I usually go sit next to them and say aaa, whats up, i want to see. LOL , let them know im paying attention to them. But also quickly i have to retihink what im doing to reel them back in.

On the last video she talks about helping students feel better about them selves when sharing something in class. The student may not have the best or correct answer but its my job to help them critical think it out plus there peers will see also how smart each and everyone of them really is. Giving them the confidance to stand and talk is just the beginning of there path to where they are going in there career. Plus letting them know the real world aspcets of deadlines to be met and expectations .

Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivators, positive inhibators of the student success.

Always be positive and be clear in explaining.
