Some ways you can enhance the student experience is to always clarify the roles of engagement, be serious about the student concern and get a full understanding of sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

From time to time, a students may forget or need to make reference to policies and procedures of the course catalog. It provides the up to date information if any questions are proposed during their educational experiences.

Students come to school with differential learning needs that require different levels of resources to help prepare them for college and careers. Make sure to give accurate information to a student. If you are unable to answer a students question make sure to ask another employee to get the accurate information. Answering a question incorrectly is misleading to the student and not putting the student's best interest first.

Doing the the right thing is so important in our industry. Compliancy will ensure that you are doing the right thing. Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.

We have to maintain a grasp of the current rules and regulations. There are constant changes made to our processes and we must be diligent to keep up.

It is very important that you understand your institution so that you know exactly what you are presenting to prospective students.

In theory, a higher enrollment fee ensures more students showing up on the first day of class because they've already made an investment. But it can also discourage enrollment for some students.

The Resource Notebook is a great tool because policies and procedures are always changing. If you have record of important, if not all required policies, you have refer to it as needed. I print off everything important and place into a file because I will always need to refer to something sooner than later.

I find that much of the general public does not know what accreditation means.
