I now have a better appreciation for the student who falls behind in assignments, I will definitely use the suggested technique of personally reaching out to the student with private email or chat to help them develop better time management skills ro allow them to successfully complete the course

I have used discussion boards in my curent coutse and they have definitely been useful in promoting exchange if ideas amongst my students and I will continue to use them

I have learned that having the students present a short biography can assist me with understanding their background. level of education and motivations for taking the course. I plan to apply this in upcoming courses
