So with 1 of my classes I have a student that needs a lot of attention and a student that tends to be inattentive. Should I call on the help of the inattentive to help the student with the most needs, or how should I best approach that situation?
I am a new instructor and have had to start teaching for this term right after the midterm. Now the final exam is approaching and I see some concerning trends from when I started teaching and performance of students prior to me teaching. In this case what is the most objective way to assess a student's final evaluation in this situation? strictly work from documented grades?
