I have missed the first for non compliance with the deadline. Well, I have litteraly gone down my knees. I have passed the dead line. Eventhough federalexpress was at the door on time. Apparently the address was the president office.

The second time, I made my reservation on time, ticket on hands my bags and suitcase in compliance but to the NACES i was not and the verdict was not in my favor.
