I think that boosting moral within your team result in positive reinforcement but "incentives" I think can easily steer us away from the real purpose of why we are here.

I believe that being compliant is an action and in return, results in keeping the students best interest at heart.

It is important to discuss placement rates with the students. Whether we are the highest or lowest, it is part of our mission to provide the most honest and current information out there and to ensure the student has all the tools he/she needs to be successful. With student services and graduate employment, working with EVF and the many other tools they have access to, there is no reason to not disclose this information.
