Although I thought this was a little repetitive from ED101, I found the idea of incorporating index card input from students on projects and gathering background information on the students on the first day extremely helpful.

I've been a long term healthcare educator,but feel I can always learn something new and ,of course, I did. I especially liked the Forums where instructors shared their ideas, predicated by Dr. Meers.And many "pearls" I learned the hard way, were presented by the Harvard video spots.

Additionally, the training methodology incorporates all the concepts it presents and role models the variety of learning styles it is suggesting we use. Kudos for walking the talk!
