Communication by email is very important, with communication between the student and instructor, the student will feel that the instructor is working with them towards a goal. If the communication is kept open the instructor will know if the student starts to show any issues.

I learned the difference between synchronous and asynchronous, and how important it is to understand that every student learns differently.

I learned it is very important that the students know that we are there for them.  Communication is essential. And there are many ways that we can communicate with them. 

I need to ensure the students that I can assist them if they encounter any technical difficulties or other questions.
