It's very important to create a co-hort with in the staff at the campus that surrounds the new student. this gives them security and support, so that if anything happens during their time with the school, they have resourses to assist them in fixing any issues that would interfere with their goals.

@pattyaronoff : as an admissions director, I conduct weekly trainings with my team on compliance as well as product knowledge so that they are comfortable with what they are telling students and that they remain current on the various programs here. I also invite the program directors into our meetings so that they can give us their point of view and updates on their programs.
