Dabel, sure. Using referrals is a great way to secure more inquiries. Typically those PDLs or PDIs have a higher chance of coming to school too because they have a personal connection and support. Dr. Jean Norris
Jena, that seems like a great process. How has it worked in the past? Dr. Jean Norris
Jean-Max, great! I am glad that has helped. Is there anything else you plan to try? Dr. Jean Norris

Monique, great points here. You are using several great techniques such as listening in a global fashion - with your eyes and ears. Then you are also using a reflecting and rephrasing technique in order to make sure you understand what the other person is trying to communication. Great job. Dr. Jean Norris
Elizabeth, interesting point. I'm curious, what would you do if you had a student that doesn't follow you with the positive body language? Dr. Jean Norris
Thanks for sharing this plan. This seems to be a great way to solve any issue going on, but should help with the improving the communication. I really like the part about continuing to meet since things can always get better. Dr. Jean Norris
Carrie, thanks for sharing this. I'm curious, where do you see the other elements falling? Dr. Jean Norris
Cindy, that's a great point. Sometimes we just need to take the time to be able to find the connection with others. Remember, if you do spend the time in that step, you will create relationship equity and so the rest of the conversation should be easier. Dr. Jean Norris

Juan, that is a great point. There are a lot of times when there may be groups of people that speak different languages. So, I am curious, what have you done in the past in order to help with that? Dr. Jean Norris
