When you speak about adult learners it is geared toward those that have been in the work force for a while and have come back to school. A lot of my students are adults but younger I feel a lot of these things would be lost on them as they have not really be in the work force yet. How would you encourage them to be resonsible for there school work when they are not motivated themselves.

I have some classes that are right out of high school.Many do not understand what it is like to work for someone else,can you help with examples that relate to things they may have done.
What is the most common type of grading in your school and why?

What is the best way to find places for field trips? Do you cold call places, or already have places your school has set up for you?
I feel it comes from your attitude when you walk into a class. If you are having a bad day leave it at the door.
