Activity

This was an excellent tool for training for all Admissions professionals. I highly recommend this program to perfect your craft and help educate yourself to be more knowledgeable and efficient

This module was very helpful and informative in regards to the accreditation standards and what my role and responsibilities are as an Admissions Representative. I learned that an Admissions Representative must continously train as per accreditation regulation and that it is voluntary for institutions to obtain accrediatation standards. Being accredited allows for Title 4 Funding to be available.
This module what was very interesting because it illustrated the importance of knowing your institution in order to deliver compliance and flawless customer service. Knowing your rules, regulations, program overviews and course requirements is key to the success of your institution.
I understand that accuracy of any and all enrollment paperwork is imperative. Transparency in every aspect of the prospective student's experience is necessary. Any and all questions must be thoroughly answered and every document from enrollemnt agreement to financial aid options must be disclosed in a professional manner. Compliance once again needs to be present at all times.
Discussion Comment
I think the Introduction was very helpful because it outlines all the material that will be covered in this training in regards to Compliance, Regulations and the responsibility that we as admissions representatives have to look out for the best interest of our prospective students. I understand that these rules and regulations are for the benefit of our potential students and the harmony of the institution we are representing as professionals.
