I have a question for anybody that can help. I have recently taken over for our former manager who passed away. My problem is I was one of the workers before  I became manager and I am having difficulties with one of the employees who thinks he should be in charge ,or they are always bringing up how the former manager would have handled situations compared to how I handle them it is an ongoing problem that is getting worse from that Employee .When our Manager was sick I and the other employee was told to split the work load to help… >>>
