it is important to change up the learning environment, games, group think, lecture etc. 

Be enthusiatic and bring shared experiences

understand learning needs of students, think about extrinsic needs

I need to mix up the delivery and always allow for a short time in the begining of class to feel the room vibes so to speak

I like to do a icebreaker and introduction in the begining of each course....

I like the idea of a checklist, especially in a day where I will be teaching for 6 hours

I intend to make my own developmental plan with dates for success!!
