A major part of the Edupreneurial Spirit is for all employees to understand and respect that the school is also a business. Employees need to know that decisions are made with both solid education and business practices in mind. Our sector is different from many other sectors of higher education in this respect. Joe

Repetition is the mother of learning. Reseach tells us that we need a lot of encouragement for something to sink in. As mentors we need to repeat warranted encouragement to individuals at least eight times for it to impress. Joe
