I learned that evaluations are very importanat feed back so you can modify your on line teaching formats to perfection.

I learned that feedback is very important and requires caution as it can effect the students progress to learn.

Thi is all new to me and I have learned new formats to structure my on-line teaching and to format a Dyamic Syllabus.

I also read other Instuctors comments and is very educational feedback..

I learned that content is very important and also chunking the information so the students can stay focused on the learning assignement.

Being organized as well and being prepared so the students can have the best learning experience...

I believe this will be a great expeeince to actually  learn more Technical approaches via on-line Teaching and Learning for the Instructior and student. If I folloow these gudie lines and practice them I shoudl be come a great on-line Instructor in a short period..

I will dedidicate time to lerarn to utlize this methods of on line teaching..
