In the profession I teach the penalties for not doing things usually means getting fired. So it is a tough thing to give points off so to speak. Sometimes, I feel with things it should be all or nothing or they are going to end up losing their jobs.

When asking any more questions

When I ask Does anyone have any more questions. I find that sometimes I have to pause then ask the same question then I get a response from someone who was willing to ask before.

Changing It Up

I teach things that are very hands on but there is also theory behind it. Sometimes I find it difficult to do both to those students who are very Kinesthetic. Any suggestions how to get the theory part to those students?

Anyone have any useful ways of remembering names? I have a hard time remembering names in the very beginning.
