I ustually encourorage students to get involved in a small group environment.  they can help each other, pick each other up when it gets tought and also to comppete against one another

How to convince a student that the best way of success is to keep current with assignments and syllabus.  Last minute turning in assignments and cramming is good for short term, but the goal should be for consistiency.

Unfortunately some students reponds better to email or text.  Some do not like the persoanl contact, which does make it much harder and more time consuming

Relized the different types of learners, how they behave, repsond, contirubute to discussion

For as difficult as it can be, one to one relationships is very important for the student to feel

did not realize there were two types communication when it comes to students and their learning

Everyone, needs a cheerleader, no matter what their level

Including my credetnials as well as experience would be a good first step when starting a course

Breaking down assignments by module may increase the effectivness of reception of the informatin
