There was a question and answer on the lesson that states What if a school is located on the border of two states? -In many instances, if an institution attracts students from more than one state, the school must obtain authorization and comply with regulations, from each releveant state agency.
I feel as though the question and answer aren't worded in the same context. If an institution borders two states and its attracting students from each state then yes they should comply with both state regulations. So what are they supposed to do if the institution is for example located… >>>
