I would agree. I am a new hire and I believe the training course was very informative. Very easy to follow, and to learn what is most important in each section. Definitely learn things that I didn't know before. Section 2 was the most difficulut, very insightful.

It is very important to stay in compliance with your institutions rules and regulations. We as admissions representatives represent the school and must follow certain guidelines and maintain regulatory standards.
