Was anyone else confused like me? I got the correct answer, but I think that the question was poorly written I had to read it a couple of times to get it. The confusing part reads: "A stressor should not be eliminated if its elimination causes people you don't know to strongly disagree."

I disagree with the "Thinking Break" for this section. It said that you should be transparent about stress in both your personal and professional life. This is not correct. I think that stress should not be transparent in your professional life. It is healthy for your friends and family to know of your stress levels so that they can help you cope with stress. But you should not be "transparent" about your stress at work. It is unprofessional for your students and boss to know that you are stressed. I love the idea of having the students "grade" the homework of the other students. I think it is a great class exercise and will also save me time. But I have a concern. What do you do about anonymity? Are their names of the homework? Is it okay for the students to know whose homework they are grading? I think we need to protect the identity of the students because it could be embarrassing for people to know if a student writes poorly or got all of the questions wrong. Any suggestions on how to address this?
