This topic allows us intructors to understanding that each students have different learning preferrences thatis effective to them. Knowing this allow instructor to taylor instruction methods to deliver certain particular group of students. Combination of methods may also be effective to cater every students ability to learn. I will definitely ask or do survey on what best instructions students prefer to guideme in my instruction method. 

Developing strategies that is effective in student learning does not only makes teaching and learning fun but alos effective. 

It  is way unstressful with being prepared and organized before the beginning of the semester where all whole curriculum, syllabus and schedule of skills lab and clinicals are already well planned and coordinated. 

Students learning is what matters. Learning will depend on how you present the knowledge you want to them to learn. Being able to get their full attention to listen and be motivated to the career they enrolled to measure your effectiveness as an instructor

To  be able to motivate students is to show enthusiasm and expertise in the subject matter ensuring that sudent wil be mor engage after all the success of  the students is the success of the Teacher.

This module reminds me that each student is different from another due to age, job experience and how they view education. IT is important to kee them engange to spark interest in the sybject and always give varety  of teaching approach to ignite interest and help refocus. 

Undertsanding the demographic of the student will the instructors build strategies on what ways students can learn and better undestnding reactions and individual challenges each student face.
