This is my first introduction to online training. I am impressed with the course outline and presentation. The subjects were presented in a concise, easy to understand manner. Not all of the material was relevant to the type of instruction I present, however, I was amazed how much of the material could be applied to my situation. The areas pertaining to pre-testing, color sheets for visual aid, status assessments and time allocation were especially helpful.
