It is important to identify the different types of learners in the classroom as soon as possible.  This module was enlightening as it helped me understand the impact of different learners in the learning environment.  I am encouraged to support all students in the best manner according to policies and shared understandings.

This module was a good reminder of how important it is to effectively communicate and provide feedback in the e-learning environment.     

The importance of the instructor’s presence through the sharing of educational expertise and credentials, accomplishments and general personal information builds trust in the learning environment.

I will engage students by sharing information, and providing educational lessons and supports geared to support each individual.   

As an e-learning instructor it is important to familiarize with orientation to the program, the Course Management System and IT supports.  Attention to the manner content is delivered, student supports, measuring techniques; and student feedback is important factors that reduce attrition. 

I will give individual attention to each student to support them in a manner to achieve optimum results.
