I actually learned quite a bit from this course (ED106).  I thought the information was helpful and relevant to my current teaching situation. 

Students are customers.  I need to adapt my teaching approach to meet the needs of all students/customers in order to keep their interest (business).

Great course.  It just reinforced what I already knew.
