Interesting to think about how FERPA applies when wanting to share a screen shot of an online classroom. 

I found it helpful to know that students can add a statement when they disagree with something in the official record. 

I learned that not all staff have access to the same level of student information. In my role, I would not expect to have access b/c I don't use student information to fulfull my role/responsibilities. 

Separating the financial aid and admissions processes will help protect against any confusion between the two.
