How does the institution monitor the expectation that instructors will play an active role in retention? Is this part of their performance review?

Interesting. How is the message delivered? Monitors at the school? Attachment to email? Do you include notices about upcoming deadlines, like financial aid dates, registration, etc?

Interesting way to share information. How much contact information is included on the flow chart? Titles, names, phone numbers, office location, etc?

Who determines what awards will be given and to whom? How often does the institution review the effectiveness of the awards program? Are the awards motivators for students?
