Yes, completing the tasks at hand is important, but I think if we would schedule time to network with other people that do our same job we would actually be freeing up time, as we would get great ideas from others and not have to spend the time creating everything by ourselves.

Reflection improves an instructor's instructional style

Utilizing self reflection is key to improving one's instuctional style. At the end of each class period, reflect on the positives on the class, as well as areas that could have been improved. Take notes in your lesson plans so you have the reflection ideas for future use. reflection time is key! What do you think? How has it helped you?
