Ryan I am glad you brought this up. This posting isn’t about the rules which we are all aware need some revisions. Instead it’s about how we serve our student better and get down to the root of the issues or retention. I like the idea of some type internal phone system in the class. Good job little buddy.
Matt I understand that will always be a challenge. But the purpose of this particular dialog was to see what we can do and what we can affect.
Most of us would agree that UTI is a pretty special place for students and instructors, and that the members of the organization work hard at giving our students the best education and experience during their time with us. After reviewing modules 1-4, I am convinced that as a leaning institution we are doing all the right things and that we have a numerous programs to assist our students in being successful. So why do we still struggle with retention? Please add to this Brainstorming Box any new ideas or suggestions that you think might help our students achieve success.
