Im Marvin this is my second day here at CTC in Shreveport, 11/6/2013. I recently came from a car sales background for a little over 3 years, I see some simularities but its early and alot of information to grasp and retain. Im eager to get on the phone but patient because I know I need to learn the appropiate verbage to stay within compliance to potential students... Prequalifying a student without knowledge of disability

If a student applies for a program and there disability will not allow them to complete the course, is that student entitled to a full or partial refund even the the law prevents the institution to ask about a disability during enrollment?

Is the only situation where an institution will need more than one states approval is when the institution is located on the border of multiple states, if not, in what other instance will that apply?
