Hello Joseph:

Have you taken this concern to your supervisor/owner/etc.? Ask them what they think you should do. And then I would see if your supervisor will sit with the two of you and designate the authoratative leader... you. When that is confirmed among the three of you, you will then need your supervisor to publically acknowledge your role as the Manager to all employees. I believe until this course of action occurs, you may continue with the split leadership. Good Luck.
