Focusing on our strength is more powerful because it will overcome any weakness. There is a famous phrase that says: "It is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness".
McCann's mission statement reads: "The mission of the McCann School of Business & Technology is to provide a range of quality education which prepares students for meaningful and profitable employment in the world of business, technology and allied health." As noted from the above statement, the word "provide" is used and not "guarantee."
Doing the right thing even when no one is watching is the right thing to do because you avoid a lot of problems in the future. Honesty is the best policy.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
