Recruiting Activities

It is very important to not check the NSLDS of a student that has not yet expressed an interest in enrolling in your school. Doing this is in violation of the guidelines set forth from the State.

Sending Emails

It is important to include all disclosures on websites just as it is important to identify the type of email being sent. All regulatory guidelines must be met with the email so that the school is not affected.
