Make myself visible online and be willing to find the best ways to communicate with all learners. 

Consistency is key for student success with online learning. I plan on using the same format within all modules and tests. I also plan on offereing a variety of ways to complete assignments to cater to the different learning needs and styles of my students.

I am new to the online envoronment and am seeking to learn as much as I can through this training. I appreciate any tips!
