Key: Self-education is as important as student education. In my learning experience as an instructor, it is not so much to teach, as it is to grow with the students and guide the way. Without successful communication utilizing the commonality of appropriate terms/language, method, direction and a way (i.e the road map), producing positive outcomes would be difficult.
