Make assignments fun

Encourage student engagement along with facilitation.

Communication is essential.

'There are various teaching styles that are/can be utilized.  Each style must incorporate individualized strategies to provide the optimal learning experience for the student.

Rubrics should be detailed and graded from excellent to needs improvement with a correlating score.  

Essentials:  building online communities, scaffolding and creating a dynamic syllabus.  

Too much emphasis (Bold) is no emphasis at all.

To ensure that I have a good overview of all the course material and consider timeframes as to when assignments will be do and for how long.  Need to consider all aspects as to if assignments/quizzes will be allowed to be repeated.
