I really liked how the different generations were described and how each of them communicate.  Even though it is sometimes frustrating, take a step back and realize that there is a reason why someone communicates in that style. 

Great information provided about how to be a more effective online instructor.  I have been teaching face-2-face for the past eight years and am able to communicate effectively with my students in that environment.  I find online challenging sometimes....you just can't get behind!
