Competitive Integrity

Certain states have included specific regulatory language prohibiting employees from making comments about competitors and in some cases, even restrict recruitment of students while they are enrolled at other institutions. This is a great rule which will help every school to maintain there recruits.

Recruiting

I think prohibiting recuriting from place like the unemployment office and welfare offices is wrong. Those people should have an opportunity to receive the same information as everyone else.

CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act, a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to stop unwanted emails, and spells out tough penalties for violations. Although this is very good law in my opinion, but I have witness this not always being the case with all vendors.
